01 - Monthly or Seasonal Maintenance
Each month or quarterly your Home Manager will conduct a comprehensive maintenance program. Busy families and seniors have very different requirements, so we offer plans to match everyone’s situation. Our pricing is based on the square footage of your home but programs can be customized to fit your needs and budget so you aren’t paying for more than necessary.
Maintenance services list:
Handyman - These services are one-off break-fix services provided to the homeowner, these services are based on the size of job and only offered to contract customers
Utilities
HVAC Filters - Spring and fall replacement of all home HVAC filters
Furnace Filter - Your furnace filter should be replaced every 3 months, it is one of the best ways to maintain your system between tune-ups
Attic Fan/Ventilation - Inspect attic for animals/leaks, operate attic ventilation fan, spring uncover house attic fan, fall cover house attic fan
Heating and Cooling - Service of the heating and cooling systems based on the season; service the heating equipment in the fall and AC system in the spring, to ready the system for the approaching season
Water Heater Maintenance - Drain quarter of the tank twice a year to remove sediment and debris
Dehumidifier - Change air filters, clean the condensing coils and exhaust grilles twice per year
Appliances
Washer/Dryer Maintenance - Inspect/replace washer hoses and seal, remove and clean out exhaust duct line from dryer to exterior
Refrigerator Maintenance - Check door seal, clean refrigerator coils, replace drinking water filters
Dishwasher Maintenance - Clean screens/air gap, check for leaks and corrosion
Garbage Disposal - Clean/sharpen garbage disposal
Gas Fireplaces - Test pilot, clean debris/glass, inspect lines twice per year
Showers/Toilets/Tubs - Inspect and repair tub/shower/sink/toilet counters caulking, Inspect and repair toilets/shower grout, inspect and clean drains/faucet aerators
Outside
Exterior Water Bibs/Hoses/Sprinklers - Spring turn on exterior water/attach hoses/run sprinkler test each of the zones and heads, program system, fall turn off exterior water/detach hoses/blow sprinklers
AC Maintenance - Service of the AC system in the spring to ready the system for the approaching season
Windows and Doors - Operate all windows/doors, inspect/replace weather stripping, spring install window/door screens and clean storm windows/doors, fall Install storm windows/doors and clean/repair screens
Exterior Siding - Inspect/repair exterior facing on house and exterior caulking
Safety
Interior/Exterior Light Bulbs - Check/replace light bulbs
Smoke Detectors - Twice per year change batteries in smoke/CO detectors, and test system

03 — Renovations
Most homeowners don’t have a trusted plumber, electrician, roofer or other key contractor on speed dial, so what do they do when emergencies arise? Saturday customers simply call their Home Manager and have them take care of it. We work with a select list of pre-qualified contractors, all of whom are bonded and insured and have worked with us previously. The Saturday Project Management Service will handle getting estimates, scheduling and overseeing work and ensuring that you are satisfied with the end product.
